That was the quickest oil change and tire rotation I’ve ever had. The speed at which the work was done was important to me, I was able to be done in time to take an important conference call on the road back home, and home in time to greet my little girl when she got home.

Matt was actually not working on the day of my appointment. I was checked out by Kim Christie. She recognized that my registration had expired, and I feel as though she went above and beyond in helping me rectify this situation. Generally speaking, I enjoy my visits to Palmiero Toyota because I’m typically greeted by name, everyone is friendly, and the service is great!!

The appointment went pretty quickly, but April still took the time to review what had been done, showed me the video and photos taken by the technician, and explained the additional work needed politely and patiently. Everything was pretty quick and painless. I also appreciate being able to schedule last minute for a Saturday appointment so I didn’t have to leave work a day, but was also able to get my car serviced before leaving on a trip later this week. Thanks, again!

I asked for a rental vehicle with a 3rd row of seats when I made the appointment. I have 4 children who all use booster seats, so I can not safely have all of my children in a Camry, which is what I was given. Since I was not given a vehicle that all my kids could be in, I asked to be able to pick my vehicle up before 2:30 so that I could pick my children up at school. This also did not happen & my husband had to leave work early to pick our children up.
