I thought it would be a slow inspection to be thorough but it seemed to quicker than I thought. So I was used to a small repair shop and that wouldn’t be bad, however if you have kids or your retired and you have that nagging feeling to go back home these techs do try to get it done as soon as they can. I wasn’t use to “text updates” plus you get a list of what needs to be done. Toyota system tries to keep you in the loop of what’s happening.

Over all my service experience was great… however on my way home after picking up my vehicle…all of my service lights appeared on my dash again. I did immediately place a phone call and left a message. Hope you can remedy the problem. Thank you, Janice C
