Completely unsatisfied with my service experience. Charged for services that didn’t need to be performed, and they didn’t fix the issue with my truck! Drove my truck for several miles to test something they tried, which I gave them permission to do, but then didn’t have the common courtesy to replace the fuel they burned. Totally unacceptable! I will not be bringing my truck back to Palmiero Toyota for anything!!

There is no windshield sticker for tire rotation. I was told there would be. Otherwise everything else was fine.

I purchased and drive about 80 miles one way to your dealership because I trust you all. I have multiple Toyota dealerships within a 5 mile radius, but this is my second Rav from you and I need someplace Incan trust to take care of me. I hope it always stays this way????

Car did not pass inspection how can it not pass and it seem a bit odd that 2 areas in the same place would fail and both are body problems. Seems like a manufacturing defect.

We are always pleased with the service we receive at Palmiero. We also have a RAV4 that was purchased there. The service department is knowledgeable and extremely competent. The servicing of our vehicle was done in a timely manner.
