I am very impressed with everyone that I come in contact with at Palmiero . I have been noticing a rapid decline in my memory in the last year therefor I forgot to have Clifford’s van inspected and hadn’t even renewed his registration but the beautiful gal that took care of me went above and beyond the call of duty to get me up to date on everything. I was very embarrassed but she so kindly made me feel ok. Old age is not pretty but the lady that helped me was beautiful. Thank you so much! I have forgotten your name but will always remember your face.??????

I had only scheduled to have my snow tires put on. When your team offered to do my inspection, which comes due in January, I was delighted to have that done at the same appointment.

I didn't deal with Kimberly,but the level of service today was extremely poor. I'm a very unsatisfied customer. How about inquiring with the person who actually was my "service advisor"? The service manager didn't seem interested in what happened today.

we were happy with our experience at the dealership and our service agent was helpful and professional. Unfortunately, when we got home, we were reviewing the bill and noticed that we weren't given the usual senior discount on parts. in this case, the battery we were told was nearing the end of its useful life and which was installed at the visit. We also checked our records and saw that we replaced the battery 3 years ago, and in both cases weren't told about the expected useful life nor were we given any paperwork on the purchase or warranty. Pease advise of any follow up on these issues.

The interior of truck was dirty with footprints on the floor mats and dust on the drivers seat The tires were also dirty from handling. The parking brake issue was not addressed under the wet conditions I described I don’t use the parking brake because it has failed to release several times, resulting in a damaged tire due to the brake not releasing and a rear tire being dragged across the pavement
