Didn’t appreciate waiting 2 1/2 hour for service and felt it was so expensive to have oil changed. Do you give senior citizen discount? I don’t wait this long when I bring car in for inspection!

I was unhappy with what happened to my van. I had to pay $150.00 to have it towed to repair the damage caused from your mechanic forgetting to put the bolts to hold the parts together. This was negligent and could have caused an accident. How can I trust your work in the future? Malissa you are a wonderful person and was so kind to me and I appreciate how you went out of your way to help me with getting the van inspected and current registration. I just wish that you had admitted to me that the problem came from negligence not that you didn’t know how it happened. This really caused a lot of stress for me. You should have left me a check for $150.00 for the towing bill. Clifford is a blind quadpralegic. The only thing he can do is think about what is going on in his life. Then I have to have him scream at me for not taking care of his business the way that he would do if he could. He is really angry that I didn’t insist on getting the towing re embursed. I know it wasn’t your fault what happened but it had to be mechanic negligence because it was your mechanic that messed up. I expected an admittance, an apology and a check for the towing. I have to wonder if there will be future problems. Thank you Malissa
