I actually had NO SERVICE done on my vehicle. Im still waiting to get an appointment for an air bag replace recall. Parts were supposed to have been ordered weeks ago. Still waiting after many years when the recall first came out. Pretty disappointed.

I had an 8:09”am appointment Was told not be seen until of end of day when appointments are made I’d appreciate that it could be be 2,3,15 hours

My truck has been having intermittent issues where it shutters and a couple of times has stalled. I understand it is extremely difficult to diagnose intermittent issues, however this is the third time we have brought the vehicle in. I was told Monday that they would be contacting Ford experts to figure out if they had any suggestions. My vehicle sat there for three days with literally nothing happening so there was no reason for it to be there. It is a one hour round trip every time I drop off the vehicle or pick it up. Plus, not having my car for three days for no reason was definitely an inconvenience. In the future it may make more sense to contact Ford first, wait for a response, and then have the customer bring the vehicle in. Now we have to wait to see if they ever do respond and then I will have to bring it in again if they do. I do appreciate that they are still following up on it and trying to figure out what is wrong, but it is becoming frustrating.
