They called me at noon to tell me my car would be ready in 20 minutes. I showed up over 2 hours later and it was then that they told me they broke a stud on my wheel and it would be another 45 minutes to an hour before the part would arrive. Im not upset that they broke a stud (thats just life) I am upset that no one called me to tell me that so that I could have waited till it was complete to come down but because they didnt do that I ended up standing in the waiting area for over an hour. Normally I would have sat down but im disabled and can not get out of your seats. So i was forced to stand which was extremely painful. In the future call your customers and let them know whats going on. I dont think they would have ever told me that they broke it.

Just felt that my questions overall seemed to annoy the service department and that they weren’t invested much in helping alleviate my concerns. Oddly enough my car left me stranded 45 mins after picking up my car- a dead battery being the cause.

I am always pleased with your service. Everyone is extremely courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to make me feel like I am special. Sean Ryan is always willing to answer any questions I have and takes the time to talk to me about any of my concerns. The service dept has my trust and appreciation!!

$140 to plug the car into a computer for a diagnostic seemed a bit steep when you were already getting another 300 in labor for a $75 part that took 20 minutes to install. Uley was great.

Check engine light back on, same code p0299, speeding up to 80, first diagnosis said driving 105 will set code off and shut turbo off, called lincoln service. They have not heard of the turbo being shut down from factory setting, same issue 3rd time in 5 weeks

I left my vehicle was with Will Tiesera Ford three different times. Each time they kept the vehicle for over the whole day. So I had no access to another vehicle or to do the things that I needed to do during the day. I was told after this Covid thing that they could take my vehicle and give me a loaner but that hasn’t happened yet. There still needs to be things done to the vehicle concerningConcerning the operation of the the GPS and and and the app with the Ford app.

We were told to come to weeks to three weeks later than when we needed to so that they can order the parts necessary. After taking a vehicle in they stated they were going to need four days to order the parts. On top of that we left our vehicle there while living in Porterville before they let us know that. Also, we picked it up today didn’t just sit there and when we did, the battery was dead. Since then they had to jumpstart it and we have had nothing but trouble with the battery.

When I dropped off my truck I told the service rep that I was due for a oil change and that the check engine light was on. We I picked up my F150 on my way home I noticed the check engine light was still on. I call the service department and was told to bring my truck back in. I arrived at 11:55, a tech tried to reset but couldn’t. He told me the mechanics went to lunch and that I had to wait an hour or bring the truck back. I ended up bringing my truck back. The diagnostic results indicated I need a few parts. My complaint is that why wasn’t I notified during my initial appointment that I would need the parts. I was told the mechanic did notice the check engine light was on. It took three trips, having to good back the next day, to the service department to rectify the issue.

Do not contact me. Service rep is pleasant. Mechanic obviously has some limitations. Said vehicle was ready twice. Had to come a short distance and time and gas spent when vehicle was not ready. Does not make for a good experience

Very difficult without shuttle service. I won't come back till that is offered again.
