I appreciate Everything that was done for me. I only have one request to make I know it may be raining outside and the lot the service writer said was flooded , but my truck was more dirty when I got it back than when I took it in. The inside had dirt that was t there and mud all the Nader the truck that wasn’t there . I just wish they could have vacuum it out and at least took the time to rinse it off. I went directly to the carwash and rinsed it off myself. Like I said completely satisfied with the service writer and mechanical abilities of the dealership. It was just really dirty .
The tire pressure sensor warning notification came back on 10 minutes after leaving the dealership.

JJ does a fantastic job. I needed my truck serviced and ready by 11:00 AM and she had it done way ahead of time and waiting for me when I got there. It is always good to know your service department is dependable and values your business. JJ always greets me with a smile and a "what can I do for you", then she follows through and gets it done.

I had to kill time waiting for my car. They told me they would let me know when it was finished. I tried calling after 5 hours to see if it was finished but o one answered so I got a ride to the dealership to just see when it would be ready. She said oh yes it is ready so I got it and came home. This morning at 9:30 I got a message that my car was now finished and I could pick it up. People from out of town need to be told in a timely manner when the car is ready. I was just there for a fast computer download.

The tech was given a tire pressure, on the work order at 65 psi, the sticker on the truck door states, front 60, rear 65. That’s what they were when I dropped it off for the emissions recall. When I picked it up and started driving, I noticed a difference in steering, I checked tires and front was 55, rear 60. WTH!! These are the reasons I don’t take my truck to dealer for service, the tech can’t even get tire pressure correct, even when given the pressure to set it at, it wasn’t even set to that.
