We took the truck to get a new key and get the reverse camera looked at they gave us a new key but it was not programmed so that the truck turns on/off with new key and for door will open/lock with new key but it doesn’t work at all and were charged over $500 for it not to work, we declined the camera that it needs and transmission work that it needs but $500 for a useless key is not good

The service experienced with Jose Romero was unsatisfactory. Mainly from not able to fix our vehicle the first time when it was still covered by our extended warranty, and the second time it came back to for service for the same exact issues and trouble codes. I was super clear the first time that it happened while driving uphill, wrench maintenance icon starts appearing. And the second time and now the 3rd time after replacing 2 major components and spent close to spending $1000. The service rep Jose did not even type it down in the customer discrepancy form the condition of the drive when the code starts to appear. And have to complaint for the lack of updates when the vehicle stays in the shop for several days. Lacking of customer communication and apparently to the mechanic. In short as a Will T. Ford service writer unprofessional and need more training.

Well for my first new vehicle purchase, it was like I owned them, or they were doing me a favor, had to go back 4 times for incomplete service, the supervisor check. My vehicle on the 4th time. I ask can you wash my car said no,gas no, we can't do that so he said. No rental nor a loaner? first vehicle purchase, they killed my experience, the car wash not working correctly or won't clean the car right, it's not my responsibility on how you clean wash ex ???? that shouldn't be the customer's problem, I'm disappointed with ford's service, sincerely Luis A Castellanos

The service department was very chaotic because of the construction going on so it was a bit difficult to hear and the construction workers were in the way of the service department employees. They powered through and I’m sure next time I come in it will be better.

We were so thankful that GOD had our motorhome taken to your place of business. Every person I spoke to was so kind, supportive, and helpful. Even the night cleaning crew was so helpful. Communication needs improvement. Good news or bad news needs to be shared and maintained to avoid the impression that other repair work had slipped into the queue. The “Check and Advise” statements on the work order was what was expected.

I “am” very pleased with how hard the mechanic and office staff worked to finish our car despite the “ downed “ internet. That was wonderful. Just a couple of comments that could improve future customer relations for us and for others. #1 If there is a possible delay, advise the customers early in the day. Yes, I was told of the downed internet. However, I was not advised that my appointment and others’ had been pushed forward to allow for previous days’ cars’ leftover testing, until late in the day, but with no shuttle offered that night to come pick it up. #2 I had been told I could pick it up next morning. I called at 8:15 to arrange a shuttle, and was told that the driver would be in at 8:30, but the agency did not have a shuttle available until 2 hours late, which caused some pressure on the day’s appointments . ( Dial-A- Ride could not be used due to the requirement to reserve a day ahead.). All came together in the end . Just suggesting a change in communications, and finding someone to check in on the car owner to see if something could be done to help him/her. Love the Ford agency otherwise. Thank you.
