Looks like everything’s OK
I was certainly not dissatisfied with Mr. Romero. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. I was more dissatisfied with the time-line and the fact that I was not kept informed of the status of my car. I know it takes time to keep in touch and I understand there isn't someone dedicated to that, but if I had not kept pushing I may never have known my car was ready until it was too late to pick up. As it was, we arrived after 6 p.m. on a Friday night because we live about 40 minutes away. I needed my car this weekend and have been without a car since Wed. when it was originally looked at. I did get a prompt request to replace the battery then. I approved that move immediately. But it was crickets from that point on. I have been pleased with the quality of work and the service staff in the past. This one disagreement will not cause me to stop using Will Tiesiera Ford. But I felt it was necessary to say something about this.
Thank you Jose for letting me know when my service was due. Something I don’t keep track of. Appreciate the service and care that is taken by the staff while working on my car.
I picked up my car yesterday but today I got a message saying that my car was in good hands and they would get back to me to let me know of progress and then I got another message saying my car was ready to be picked up which was kind of weird since I picked it up yesterday.
One and a half hours is a long time for the service

I have been with Tiesera's since the mid 80's and bought my cars there so also have all my service there. I feel it has lost the friendliness and family feeling and that I was just another number and if I didn't spend a lot of money remaking my car with 33000 miles on it that they didn't need me.

Timely service much appreciated. Phone system is marginal at best.
The service department is way to hard to get ahold of and instead of letting us know they didn’t have a tire for the truck we took in the let us leave with it flat and still never fixed the radio issues
