Car returned with window trim damaged
Kyle was great. He kept me updated on the service requirements for my vehicle
The service was fine except that I never received a call when the vehicle was done. I had to call to find out whether the work had been completed or not an hour after the expected completion time.
One of the main stains on the leather in the back seat was not cleaned. From the look of it, they never attempted to clean it. I had to spend 20min scrubbing with leather cleaner to remove most of the stain, but it is still barely visible.
Your services are first class.

Kyle is fabulous. I enjoy working with him. I feel he is honest, very knowledgeable, and keeps his promises. [I had a problem last time with a follow-up survey you sent. If I get another, I will not participate. That survey would not let me exit and tried to force me to provide answers. If I receive a follow-up to this one, I do not plan to respond. No reflection on Kyle.
I thought I was, car was clean, ran like it was top top, he was very efficient and professional, but I had to question why my change oil light came on this evening. Less than 48 hours after being serviced. I'm sure it was just not reset. No further action required.

Loaner car died, brake failure,engine while driving had to wait over 1.5 hours for replacement. Tied most of the day. Lucky not on freeway could have been in bad accident.
