It was an absolutely awful experience. March 14th 2024 - took car in with 16820 miles. The check engine light was on and a lot of others (list them from screen shots) also my massager seat was not operating Had appointment for March 15th 7:00 am to be looked at Called on the 18th 3 times, couldn’t get a hold of anyone. Finally did on the 4th time and they said my service advisor wasn’t there and they would tell them to call me back. Called me back on the 20th said apparently the lights went off and then they couldn’t diagnose it. Then they were test driving them to get them to come back on they already put 35 miles on it and said they had good luck with having their service manager take it home and to work and back to warm it up and get the lights on. Service manager put 400 miles on it and used it on a Sunday the 24th which the service center isn’t even open so couldn’t be going to work and back and left it parked on the street with the trunk open, actively using it for personal use. Then Monday ‘Kyle’ texts us and said they got the lights back on and they had a loaner car for me. The loaner car was a huge downgrade from my gv70 v6 prestige package. It was a stock gv70 v4. I specifically told Kyle that now that the lights came on I wanted the car to stay there at the shop and no one was supposed to be driving it anymore because I didn’t expect them to put so many miles on. He said he would call me if they needed to drive it again. I also asked for an update and he could not give me any information at all, there was no update on the massaging seat, they were still trying to figure it out and no fix for my car and the lights. Then at 11:03 pm on March 28th I get a text that my gv70s door is open. It is now parked in Fontana with another 250 miles driven on it with the doors unlocked! I’m so so SO disappointed in this car and the dealership. I have lost complete trust in this dealership and service center. It is tough to own a car that isn’t reliable and then to also have a service center that’s not reliable on top of it, just makes it that much worse. Called at 7:40 am on March 29th Kyle and said “hey is our car there” he “responds it should be” while we were tracking it being driven in Fontana. He had no idea where the car was They then allowed me to pick the car up on the 29th and said that they had completed all the work, and gave me the paperwork of what had been completed. Now April 2nd all the lights that were on before I took it in have come back on.

Mary was great at keeping me informed what was going on with my car and making sure I had a loaner. And the head of service was great too. There was an issue my display, so the head of service came out to check. Then let me know that the head unit may need replacement, which they did.
