I got there 1145. I told him my appointment is 12. They said it'll be done at 2:30. I went at 2:30. They said it's not ready then they brought the car after 3 o'clock. It wasn't even washed when they said they will wash it. Then he told us he could wash it but he would need another hour. When i recieved the car the seats were reclined all the way back like if someone was taking a nap. I am guessing an appointment was made to handle things in a timely manner but 3.5 hours for an oil change and still not being ready when i was told.
3.5 hours for a oil change is rediculous.

Kyle has always taken care of me and my vehicle when it comes to servicing my Gv60. He keeps me up to date on the status of my vehicle and let's me know in advance when the vehicle is expected to completed.

After I paid $460 and I waited two weeks for you to try and charge me another $600 and wait another 2-3 weeks to install the door handle and paint it

I asked for the vehicle to not be washed because of the ceramic coating, I didn’t expect it would be returned covered in dust and greasy hand prints. I was also disappointed that the door was badly scratched. The memory position of the drivers seat was also erased. The paperwork showed the tire pressure had been adjusted to the factory specs, however the actual tire pressure was set 10 psi above factory on the front and 4 psi above on the rear. Other than that everything was great.
Concierge didn't direct the driver to the address I had specified and ended up driving an extra 50 miles and gas. Still it was good service.

I was not kept informed of the status of when my GV80 would be returned to my home after a flat tire. I sent two text messages to numbers I got from text messages I received from norm Reeves Genesis that went unanswered. When I called all lines were busy and the call back feature didn't work. I did get another text from that phone call. I sent another text to that number and got a response. Texting is a great way to communicate, but norm Reeves is sending text from multiple numbers and it was my experience that responses to those text messages are not being read.
