Only issue not resolved is the Electronic Key won’t install. Genesis & Apple need to get their Interface Engineers working better together. CUSTOMERS should not be forced to deal with Software Incompatibility Problems. BETTER COORDINATION IS REQUIRED!

Car is still being repaired. It’s been in and out twice and this time is about 3 weeks now. Perhaps is not Mary’s fault but the car is not doing well. I believe your management need to seriously looking into this. Corporate engineering and quality will need to get involved. If the car cannot be fixed in the coming week, what do we do???

The mechanical service seems fine, but getting updates from Kyle was not good, when he did text me, I would answer and ask for further information, but the response would takes days. We had a dent repaired on a door, and new paint damage was found elsewhere that wasn't there prior to having the car serviced. I had to ask what service was performed because Kyle never told me. Lastly, it seemed that the service took too long.

We were expecting the car to be returned the same day, but received no communication when the car wasn't returned at the end of the first day.
