Took my car in for multiple issues including scratch repairs and ended up with more scratches when getting the vehicle back. The replacement taillight trim that was installed also has a large paint chip on it

Excellent service including pick up and return. However my vehicle was returned and all personal settings were deleted. Everything from seats, radio, maps, and Bluetooth connections. Why was everything reset?

Mariela came out, introduced herself, explained the steps of dropping off the vehicle, and invited me in for coffee. The dealership ambiance is fantastic!! Edwin was pleasant, knowledgeable, and customer focused. He went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of. He even went so far as to get a couple of issues covered under warranty even though we are past warranty period.
