It was a pleasant surprise on my 3rd visit at Norm Reeves Genesis that they have relocated to a dedicated Genesis Showroom and Service! Very well fitting of the luxury Genesis offers. And your staff are very courteous and friendly - all / everyone I encountered today. But the true delight was the excellent and prompt service I received from Edwin Rivas! I initially purchased my GV70 from Corona but my home location puts me in between Ontario and Cerritos Genesis. We visited both and found a warm welcome from the Hyundai/Genesis staff at the time. Albeit it wasn’t as nice and modern as the Ontario Genesis , I choose to give my business to the team at Norm Reeves. Today cements my loyalty to your new store and your staff. Thank you for taking care of my humble GV70!
I showed up without an appointment and everybody treated me great including the coffee machine waiting area was very clean and relaxing service was done very fast i am very satisfied with my visit thank you very much
Mariela always goes above and beyond my expectations when bringing my car in for service. She is always courteous, professional and keeps me apprised of timing to get my car back.
She did not take care of my car in a timely manner. I was first in line and she let another car go in front of me knowing I had a deadline;
She didn’t even know where it was. But she got her makeup put on in the restroom. Very unhappy with her service. I found Issac the service manager and he took care of it.
