My husband took my car so im not sure how your service was but he didn't have any complaints
I definitely was not satisfied with my visit this time. When I talked to Moe he said my vehicle would be ready when I got there. I waited over 45mins they said my vehicle was at another lot when they brought it it was not my vehicle it was someone else vehicle so I had to wait till they found mines. I was also promised by Moe a full tank of gas it was not on full so again I had to wait till they got the gas. Moe said they needed to drive my vehicle a 100 miles which ended up being a 140 miles so no I am not happy with this service at all very disappointed.
Everything was great. Thank you for the rides to and from the dealership. Candice did an excellent job coordinating the work to be done. Very professional service.

All the service dept personnel were terrific.
My only negative comments are that there were no napkins near the coffee and hot chocolate, and that Hyundai discontinued a refund policy that was ordered to last for the life of our ownership.

Mohamed did a great job at communicating what was wrong with my car as well as providing a rental car when needed. I am more frustrated that a brand new 2024 Santa Fe had engine issue. I am happy you ( the dealership) fixed the problem however , I am concerned that a new car (about 8 months old). That’s ours in an average of 10-20 miles a day is having engine issue.

I needed a left running light replacement, it was ordered but the wrong side (right) was delivered. As it turns out the right running light also had a little condensation so the technician replaced the right running light. I also had some recommended work done on my Kona. So now I need to come back to get the left running light replaced. This repair is taking a much longer time than I expected. Plus the wait time to get things repaired is over 3 + hours each visit.
Fantastic service!!! Mohamed was on top of things. There was no waiting around from when I drove into the service bqy to when I picked up my car. What a finely oiled machine.

Enrique is so very sweet and helpful. Only one thing, when my car had its final drive by technician, they left their coffee in my car and a tissue on the seat.

Everything was very good and I was totally satisfied except I think you should have washed my car for me the car was not washed When the service thing was done.
