I got my car serviced and my tire light is back on and it’s telling me I’m due for maintenance. I would appreciate if the maintenance team will get in the habit of resetting the maintenance button after they do work it should be a requirement. I have this issue every time but I have also told the rep that my tire lights continues to come on he stated they will check it out and rotate the tires I think there is an issue with the sensor because this is an everyday issue.

My service coordinator happened to be Tony Caballero. I came in for my maintenance check. I presented an oil change coupon that I received through my email for $99.95. He insisted that it, due to my car needing synthetic oil, the cost would be $140. It seems as if he couldn't get it to go down to $99.95, because a nearby coworker had to help him navigate through the computer to fix the price. Overall, I was unsatisfied because, although the coupon was valid for ANY OIL CHANGE, he didn't opt to ask about how to honor the coupon instead of insisting on the price that was displayed on the monitor.

My service consultant Jayden was awesome , but when I got into my vehicle to go home the check engine light was on and the oil change was done but the life was still at 57% not Jayden’s fault, more like negligence with your technicians the vehicle was driven 5 miles and nobody saw the light on. Really and I’m supposed to be completely satisfied with Jayden yes the rest of the service was actually a waste of my time, your service manger needs to go back to school and be taught some manners you asked!
