I had a 12pm appointment for oil change , checked in at 11:40am, left 4 hours later 3:30pm Although I was told to plan on an hour when I called in advance. My drive is further than 10 miles so the Uber wasn’t an option. Wondering if I can trust the service center info Thank you

We paid for an oil change which also includes tire rotation. The tires were NOT rotated. Makes wonder what else WASNT done that we paid for

I came in for tire rotation of Ioniq 5. I came home and found that tire has not been rotated. I looked at the service paper and it says rotation has not been done. And I was charged for tire rotation. I have not been contacted by service advisor and only text message saying my car is ready for pick up. How does service and technician make decision for me and not do what I have requested ? I want my money back and time I wasted for this whole debacle.
