Concerned that cabin air filter and engine air filter were recommended to be replaced. I replaced myself less that a 1000 miles ago with OEM filters. Pushing too hard for upsell. Filteres look new. Also oil additive recommended to be added. Owners manual does not mention adding any additives.

I’ve been a customer for a long time for many years now when I came in to get my service Dunn, my service advisor was great however, when I picked up my car at the end, I was asking questions about the repel package that I purchased when I leased my car and this is my second lease, but I was told that I was able to bring in my car for another application for the repel and the gentleman who checked me out at the end was rude and just blatantly told me that oh we don’t do that anymore that was something we used to do, but we don’t do it anymore which I find very bizarre because this is a service that I paid an additional fee for in my lease. I would need some extra clarification on this as I’m a bit disappointed in that response.
Things were first rate, great service
First of all, the kehob was not replaced and the insurance adjuster advised me the approval of such. When I request the same item to be replaced the personnel there was rude and aggressive especially one guy named Tony. I requested to speak to a manager and he went to the little office and came back telling me that the guy didn't want to come out, so I told me I didn't want to take the car until I spoke to a manager and he said that I will be charged parking fees if the vehicle wasn't removed from the property. The worst customer service ever!!
