Even though I did not purchase the work that needed to be done to my car the agent was excellent. He answered all of my questions, called me when my car was done and offered to pick me up. He helped me in all ways possible and l appreciate that.

It was very frustrating to arrive to the dealership only to find out the previous arrangement made with the service rep was not fulfilled. I had communicated with the service rep that I would need to pick up my car after 6pm, and I was assured my car keys would be left with the reception desk. My husband and I were very dissatisfied with the service, as we drove a total of one hour (to and from trip) and paid over $70 in ride service fees to be able to get our vehicle back. We have chosen this dealership time after time, despite the distance from our home, because we felt we always received excellent service. I understand miscommunications happen and people have off days, and I hope this does not happen to other customers. We will be taking our vehicle to a different service location for future needs.

I had an appt. at 9:00. I was told it would be about two hours. I checked with the cashier at 11:30 and was told it would be 10 to 15 minutes more. I went back up to the cashier at 12:15 and they had to find the paperwork
on someone's desk. Louie usually helps me and I have never had this problem.
Found 2 marks on my car that wasn’t there before. Also wish I knew there was a 3 hour wait before I got there.

Louie himself was great! But the problem was with the technicians. They recommended a change of the cabin air filter and engine air filter. I denied and did them myself. When I opened my engine bay to install the engine air filter I noticed that the engine air vent was loose and not attached properly. Upon further inspection I realized they had not properly clipped the air vent. Both clips were missing which caused it to be loose. I am very disappointed with the service itself.
