This is the first time I was not satisfied with the service. I never received any updates about my car in the 5 hours I was waiting. I had 2 requests. 1) Replace my windshield wipers. 2) I feel something off when I turn sharply. Please check it out. I received a text that my car was ready. Was charged $1,300.00. No information on either of my issues. The young lady who checked me in was not available. After I paid I asked for info and was told to check with a service tech. I found out that my issue wasn’t resolved but parts were ordered? After checking my paperwork found out that my wipers were not changed. Was told to go into parts and order them and they would install. I’m still unsure when I should come back to resolve the issue. Very disappointed in Norm Reeves Cerritos Hyundai.

I enjoy being knowing my car is always in safe hands with you guys. Been servicing my car here since day I bought it and will continue to bring it here every single time. Enrique has been my advisor multiple times over the past few years and he is always on top of everything. Great service.

Enrique was fine and informative. However whoever did the actual tire rotation left oily hand prints on my white door upholstery. I got no car wash , no charging, and only a hand print for me to clean. Enrique was good.

I was told service will take 1.5 hors to 2 hours. But it took almost 5 hours, and nobody informed me about delay, until I asked after waiting for hours. Very disappointed.

It took too long (over 4 and half hours) and getting express services to complete. Service Manager did not even update me with status until I had to ask for status (twice)
