Fernando was very courteous and accommodating. However, I made two small requests (and these may not be Fernando's fault because I'm sure he is not the one who would actually perform the following):
1) Put 40 PSI on all four tires. This was very important to me that I mentioned it TWICE. When I got my car back, all tires only had 36 PSI.
2) To make sure the dashboard had the tire pressure display. Instead, it was some other display, so I had to play around with the dashboard to get it back.
Sorry, but when I make two small requests and neither was done, it is hard for me to give a good rating.

I’ve wanted to wait a few days for some drive time, so as to have time to experience the drive. I did feel a small amount of sputtering on acceleration, when I first received my vehicle. As I do not drive daily, I’ve had little chance to compare, however today the drive was smoother on acceleration. I am cautiously hopeful.

Ended up having my car for 5 weeks which is an extremely long time. When I got my car back it was extremely filthy on the outside. Someone left a water bottle on the inside. There was a little bit of grease or oil stickiness left on my steering wheel. The sticker for the oil change was taken off and residue was left on my windshield and no new oil change sticker was put back on to let me know the miles I need to come back at. When I started my car it still notified me I needed to service my vehicle in “x amount of miles/ x amount of days” so had to ask them to reset that. My paperwork said fluids were topped off including windshield wiper fluid and that wasn’t done because I was completely out. I had to message every two weeks to even get close to an update on what was happening to my vehicle. Then near the end was told “it might be ready by Friday” which it ended up not being ready until Tuesday but a courtesy text would have been nice since I’ve already waited a month.
