Technician was not able to replicate my issue and did not accept my photos despite clearly showing the issue. Refused to fix it despite being covered by warranty.

After receiving a quotation for repair from my service representative i called him three times to discuss the quotation —and left messages— but did not receive a call back. The following day i called to speak to the service manager and left a detailed message on his voicemail but still did not receive a call back from neither gentleman. On the third day i drove to Norm Reeves to pick up my car as i was fed up and extremely frustrated from this service but Gary was able to assist me and answer my questions so i decided to go ahead with the repair at Norm Reeves.
