Juan was great! First visit he assessed I’d need to get the necessary part ordered so made sure I was processed as such and left promptly since all that was needed that first visit was to verify issue and order the part. He also texted me so I could verify my work schedule and schedule a new appointment without having to call in.

Hi Louie Ramos. The button on the exterior door handle no longer works. Upon exiting my vehicle and pressing the button, i hear a long solid beep which requires me to deactivate the beep using the alarm remote. This feature worked prior to the software update being installed. A. You assist? How long will it take to correct this issue?

I called and sent a text to Mohammed about my charges but he never called back nor replied to my text. I’m extremely disappointed as I would imagine this would be a simple task. The person who gave me my receipt could not give me a clear explanation on the charges either. Nor could he ask moe as he was at lunch. Moe had told me the oil change would be $99 but the charges ended up being approximately 189. I just wanted an explanation so I understood why I was being charged that amount. I don’t think this is too much to ask for a paying customer.
