Juan was the best - he made a bad situation with my car a whole lot better with his communications and product knowledge. I had the car towed in from another store because I couldn't updates from them leaving me in total darkness. Best move ever having it towed to Norm Reeves.
Fernando was extremely helpful and communicative through the process of having my car serviced. I appreciated his updates while my car was under repair and he made the loaner return process extremely seamless and fast. The entire service team is friendly and I will definitely come to Norm Reeves Hyundai for all service needs.
Juan was good efficient. They beat the turnaround time quoted and told me about my battery but did not pressure me into doing anything which is much relieved and that type of care is why I’ll come back. I probably passed four Hyundai dealerships on my way to your site, but I go back to you.

Thanks for the great service. Alot better since you don't have to share the service department with the Ford dealer like you used to years back.
It had nothing to do with Muhammad, but now my air conditioner is making a weird noise and I have to take it back to the dealership. I opted out of having them change my air filter for $109 and went to the parts department and bought what I showed the guy on my phone I needed and he sold me the wrong air filter that I now have to return. And I still haven’t got my gas tank fixed cause you only work certain people on the weekends.

Fernando set me up with service. Very polite and explained everything. Service was completed within the time promised and pick up was smooth
I was able to text Enrique to get me set up with an appointment the next morning after my request, for what seemed to me to be a relatively quick repair, but too difficult for me at my age and size. I showed up shortly after your service center opened, and Enrique was there to greet me, and was all over the job quickly. And although unscheduled, I requested a multi-point inspection on my Santa Fe Sport and an oil change. Enrique was able to efficiently work this into the schedule. They took care of the repair and the oil change, and a few other items that the multipoint inspection discovered were due. And all of this was done while I relaxed in your comfortable customer lounge area. And I love that you offer free, coffee, espressos, and hot chocolate.
And integrating communications via texting into the approval and repair process is fantastic as it allows the customer to keep abreast of the progress on their vehicle. And I love that I can text Enrique anytime to facilitate my needs at your service center. I feel like Enrique is my personal Hyundae physician. Thank you so much.
