Lack of communication made it difficult for my family and I to make plans for the weekend. In addition my elderly mother was unable to take her scooter or her walker in the loaner vehicle being it was to small. We’re a family of five and these items didn’t fit in the trunk. We go to church and my Mom had to rely on her cane which made things difficult. I do understand that vehicles may take longer to repair, but it was the lack of communication that made things frustrating. Thank you Betty L
Everything about bringing the car in was great Louie is on top of it and takes care of everything. We did get an estimate on a new key however almost $1,000 will probably just try to make it with that just seems like soo much

I’ve been coming to this location for almost five years now, and honestly, the main reason is because of Enrique Almazan. Every time I visit, he is incredibly kind and helpful. As a female driver who doesn’t know much about cars, I always feel comfortable because he takes care of everything from start to finish and explains everything so clearly. I truly wanted to compliment him — I even looked for a place to leave this review! He genuinely deserves recognition. I honestly wish he were the manager!

Hi, the service overall was okay. I had mentioned to my adviser that I was going to pick up the vehicle the same day. Unfortunately, when I went to pick it up, almost at the end of the day, it was not at the dealer; they had parked it somewhere outside the dealer and had to wait about 15 minutes for it.
Candice Roxas was great, no complaints at all. Unfortunately, the key fob that was programmed during my appointment is not working correctly. The buttons on the fob work, but it will not lock/unlock the doors with the “touch” of the handle like the original key does. I did not notice while testing at the dealership as I always had the original key in hand as well. But after getting home and driving with only the newly programmed key, this touch function isn’t operational. I will contact Candice Roxas on Monday when the service department is open, and I’m sure she will be professional in working to get this corrected.
