Lack of prompt and proper communication.
Carwash is exterior. Put MORE effort on cleaning interior glass. New cars have plastic that out gas. Leaving a thin film that makes seeing at night very hard & when the window fogs up. This is critcal to safety. Exterior is vanity, no safety value!

I can replace this myself for $20 I felt insulted I’m a woman and a senior and call this practice a scam ! Also last time before I was there I had a wheel alignment done ! This time I drove hands free with no pulling to left or right !

Technician did not check and top off fluid levels. Needed engine coolant, battery coolant, washer fluid. This is not a reflection on Louie. He did a great job.
