It took 28 days to fix my car. I didn't receive status of my car unless I request an update. Poor communication.

I did not appreciate comments from Candice about how I should have done a diagnostic in the past with the car/what I should have done in general. That part was unnecessary and wasted my time. Also, the prices to fix the problem were ridiculously overpriced.
Fernando was efficient and explained exactly what was going to happen. He was very polite and well groomed. A very nice gentleman.
