Moe is the best! He took what would have been a traumatic experience (nobody likes a broke down car) and got it handled. Worked with my extended warrantee, kept me informed during the whole process, and delivered as promised! He’s the #1 reason I send friends and family there.

Enrique himself was quite personable and friendly. However, the work I had requested was not done with no explanation as to why. I received notification of 2 other items needing attention and I approved these fixes. Again, these were not done. I wasn’t charged for them, but that means another trip to Hyundai at another time. This has nothing to do with Enrique, but when I initially booked the appointment, I later received a text stating I should have the car serviced at Genesis dealer done the road. When I arrived, I was told there that they don’t service Hyundais. Hyundai had no record of my booking but thankfully, did accommodate. As you can see, there is a lot for Hyundai to improve.By the way, we were looking for a 2nd car that very day. We decided not to consider Hyundai and got a Subaru.

I just picked up my vehicle after being in the service dept for over a month. Mind you I’ve only had the vehicle for 3mths now. When we went in to pick it up and it was filthy! My vehicle is white and it had layers of dirt. I jokingly asked the advisor if the dirt was free and he didn’t even offer to have my car washed. I had an Infinity prior to this vehicle and they ALWAYS made sure the vehicles were washed after being serviced.

I don’t think the technicians actually do what they say the do. I had my car in last week to look at the engine and the usual inspection report said my shocks and suspension was good. After one week of drive, I noticed a knocking noise in the left rear shocks. I brought it in today and they said an internal part needs to be replaced and my shocks also need to be replaced. I asked Louie how is that possible in one week of driving. He said when your technicians does the inspection, it is a visual inspection therefore the internal piece is not seen. I accepted the answer. I brought it to my local mechanic right afterwards on the same day, he also agreed that the shocks needs to be replaced. He said you can see the shocks leaking. He proceeded to show me. I am no mechanic but “visual” I can see the leakage. How did your technician miss it??? It only leads me to believe that your technician does either a poor job “inspecting” or don’t even do it at all. I really don’t trust this dealership and will not recommend this dealer and Hyundai.
