I had an appointment at 11:00 and was told 1 1/2 hours to 2 hours, I called back around 12:30 and tried to get a status on my car. When I called I was not able to get a status due to my representative helping another customer, the person who answered the phone and gave me that information was not pleasant. I understand it was July 3rd and very busy but I think customer service should not make the customer feel like a ****. I did not get a call back or any information. I went to pick up my car at 1:00 to find that my car had not worked on at all. Additionally my representative went to lunch, totally understandable but no one called me prior to inform me it was taking longer or that my car was not serviced at all. I had to work out another ride option as I was told 1 1/2 hours and the paperwork had a 1:00 time promised on there. Again this was for a schedule appointment. My car was eventually ready at 2:15, over 3 hours. Additionally the oil life and maintenance reminder was never reset so I still have the notification on my car. I am very disappointed with my overall experience at this dealership, from purchasing my car to my first maintenance.
The vehicle was taken in for a safety recall, and because the horn was not working yet when I got the pre-check condition of the car they indicated that all items were working perfectly. One of the items checked was the horn. This is not true. The horn was not working at the end of the day. I was told they had to order parts for it. This concerns me because who knows if they actually checked the vehicle and whether or not there are any other items that are not working
Tony was very helpful and friendly. He explained the issue we were having with our car in a kind and respectful manner.
