It took 30 plus minutes for my car to be delivered back to me even know I came 2 hours after they said it was completed. Why would be parked off site! Nobody cared and couldn’t answer me deer in headlights!

Louie was rude and he did not do what he said he was going to do by having the information available for me to get my car repaired as we had spoken about. He was very short and not informative . I was not satisfied with his customer service. Also he wasn’t present when I returned to pick up my car and the information he said he would have ready for me was not there and someone else had to assist me with that information. Very disappointing.
The moment I pulled out of the lot, my driver side rear tire was low on air and had to go fill up. Currently, it has not kept air very well since picking up the vehicle.
