I had previously mentioned an issue I had with the tires not being inflated to factory spec twice before (they inflated all tries to the same pressure when the front tires are supposed to be higher) and Marlene reached out to make it right. This time when I came back to get an oil change and mentioned to the service advisor about this repeated issue he reassured me they would communicate with the tech about this. When I did get my car back I immediately noticed they again made a mistake on the tires, namely that this time the tires were rotated but the PSI was not adjusted and the tire pressure on the front tires was 4psi below the back tires which is the opposite of what its suppposed to be. I took a photo and informed the service advisor but was unable to stick around for them to fix it since I was running late. Unfortunately I am no longer confident that this location does quality work if they cant even fill tires to the factory specs even when the issue was brought up prior to the oil change and has now occured 3 times. I am frustrated because I am going to have to pay to get another oil change from somewhere else since I cant even trust this location is using the correct oil for my car since they dont seem to be aware of what the factory specs are supposed to be.

Miss M. Madrigal is straight to the point what they will do with my car. She was so helpful when I told her that I have to pick somebody and if the service on my car can be done asap. It was fast. I got it earlier than what I expect.

Enrique is always helpful. He’s a great service advisor. He lets me know the time frame is going to be and it’s always less. That’s why I always go to Cerritos. He’s the best, great job having him on your team.

Service was friendly, respectful and prompt. Text notifications keeping me updated on what's happening with my vehicle including photos and a video walk through were great. Loved that the service appointment was done within an hour. Thanks for getting me in same day and being nice and helpful overall. Everyone else I spoke with there was also friendly and nice.

The issues I brought my vehicle in for were not addressed. One of the Service staff wanted to keep my vehicle longer and I was all for it, but another service staff member said no. I have had this vehicle about 2 1/2 months and this is the second time the vehicle had this problem. I wish your service staff would honor the warranty to find out why

First off Jayden is absolutely amazing and I truly appreciate his patience, knowledge, and dedication. I also truly appreciate you all giving me the additional time to pick up my vehicle on my next day off. My reason for being "not completely satisfied" comes from knowing that once again, employees were sitting in my back seats for who knows what reason-the back seats were leaned way back and the box of a happy meal toy (yes I'm adult who has a super Mario toy box in my car but that's not the point) was crushed like it was sat on. Can't prove it and it's my fault for leaving the car there longer than a day but it's upsetting to know that my car was likely a breakroom again (at least this time they only tipped over the mini trash can that had my empty water bottles strewn on the floor rather than leaving their trash everywhere. Still unsettling and don't really appreciate it. Hard to prove and I should have looked better before I left today so that's my fault too. I just ask that you have people not use my car for breakroom purposes please? Just know that I'm dreading having to leave it again when the seatbelt recall goes live and I know I have to but really apprehensive now.
