The service from the rep was fine. I was just frustrated because I made an appointment for a recall and a diagnosis because my Palisade was making a grinding noise, but when I got there, I was told the recall would be taken care of that day, but I would have to leave my car until Wednesday just for the diagnosis. I understand it was busy, but it was frustrating since I had made the appointment. The recall was done in a timely manner, so that was fine, but I took my Palisade over to the Hyundai in Anaheim for diagnosis and repair, since it turned out to need a new drive axle.
