Paul was friendly, engaging and knowledgeable. He was attentive to my requirements and completed the check-in efficiently. He gave me an approximate time the service would be completed which was very accurate. He called to inform me that my car was ready, and completed the paperwork quickly, thanked me for choosing Norm Reeves.
By the way, when I went into the office to get checked in, I inadvertently left my phone in the car and after getting checked in, went into the showroom. When I realized I left my phone in the car, I ran back to find it wasn’t there. Paul saw me and told me he noticed I left it and put in in the office for safekeeping. I really appreciated that he took that extra effort to make sure my phone was safe. Thanks, Paul. It’s this type of service that keeps people coming back.

If it wasn’t for Gary, Justin(Manager) & Matthew, I would NOT have gotten my car serviced there because it was the WORST EXPERIENCE I’VE EVER HAD IN A CAR SERVICE STATION. The front desk (Sierra) exhibited poor customer service skills to just me and no one else because I interrupted her speaking to a friend. Then I was ignored while trying to get help by another manager (Mr.Bagga) who had the excuse of saying that he didn’t see me. However, we made eye contact multiple times in a very small office while he was just having a conversation with service employee. I was asking for help and he just walked away. Gary was the reason I didn’t walk away. Matthew was nice enough to request Justin’s presence for me to be able to speak to him about what happened. Not to mention that those three were there ones V who show me just the ounce of respect and kindness and I had been giving the entire time that I was there. Even with me being upset, I didn’t let the unacceptable behavior ruin my interactions with other employees or customers. I’m thankful for Gary being so great!
I am extremely upset by the service or lack there of. My 17 y/o son brought the car in for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. I was sent a text by Gary that the car was received. From there I never received another update. When I got home, I saw the receipt and about lost my mind. A $100 service turned into a $1000 service and I, the owner of the car was never contacted. My son had assumed that Gary had called me to approve, but this never happened. I text Gary back at the number he had sent me a message at that morning and I have still not received a call back. Please have a manager call me to discuss… ****-****-xxxx.
From check in to then end of services Gary kept me well informed about everything related to the care of my vehicle. I really appreciate the attention and the consideration given to me.
Gary was very personable and made sure that my service was completed in the time that he said.
Gary always makes me and my mother feel welcomed when we come in. He always gives me the information that I need to get the best service done on my car. There's no one that I would trust more than Gary to help out my mother and I. I always request him whenever I make an appointment.
