I wasn’t satisfied with the way Heman went about the situation with my
vehicle, I felt disrespected and treated like I was a liar. I’ve been getting my oil change at hyundai cerritos for years and I bought my car there as well. Sunday night I was driving home and my check engine light comes on and my car was shaking very badly, I pulled over and inspected the car and noticed that the coolant reservoir was almost empty, after putting water into the coolant to get me home it stopped shaking. When i went in on monday morning i explained to Heman the situation and he took the car in and said if the cars under warranty it would be covered other than that they’d let me know. He kept asking if i had the code checked for the check engine and i told him no i just went home and I told him i’ve been coming to hyundai for years for an oil
change and they hadn’t been topping off my fluids. He took no accountability and didn’t even apologize for the mechanics mistake. I understand things happen but to just brush it off when my car is going through things it shouldn’t and i rely on my car to get me everywhere i need to go and TRUST that they are doing their jobs correctly. They ended up calling saying that my coil busted and it was covered under warranty and when i went to go pick up the car i asked one of the service reps (short younger asian man) why it stopped shaking when i put the water in the coolant reservoir if the coil was the problem? He said it had nothing to do with the shaking.. also not even apologizing and trying to make it seem like my empty coolant reservoir wasn’t the problem. It’s unfortunate and inconvenient for me to have to leave my car as I take it to work and use it almost everyday. I wish the customer service was sincere, I feel as if I’d get better service if I were to go elsewhere.

Your service personnel Mr Hemanshu is a professional, courteous and efficient person who took care of the whole problem and all the paperwork required to get a new transmission for my car. He made it easy for me to complete the required paperwork. He is a complete asset to Hyundai company. When due and feasible he should be ported to higher position and responsibilities.
