I am according to the window sticker indicated the mileage and date for next schedule to make a plan for oil change. But you don’t want to service. Very disappointed!

Was quick and easy and the text communication is amazing. Only issue I had was with the initial call. It took me 3 months to finally get someone to order the recall part. The first two times I ordered they promised me someone would call me once the part is in and no one did. Everytime I called they said no one ordered the recall part for me. Finally on the third time it just so happened that they had a spare brake fuse so they scheduled me. I shouldn't have to call 3 times in a 3 month period. This is no fault of Mariela but whoever takes the calls. There's a clear disconnect.

Mariela was helpful and efficient , i appreciate her knowledge and kindness in answering my questions . Im satisfied and happy with my hyundai santa fe so far and if i should change for another vehicle in the future , i think it will probably be another hyundai.

Hyundai is the worst company when it comes to warranty coverage. Not only did the fail me, but the failed my wife. She was just diagnosed with breast cancer. We missed appointment under the false possibility of having our car fixed. I will never buy and I will actively discourage others from ever buying a Hyundai again.
