Excellent service! Heman understood every concern / question I had. He was able to accommodate the service time-slot that I preferred. The waiting time between my arrival and completing the service order was about 5 min. The car was serviced and was available to drive off exactly as promised. It really helps when the service advisor is knowledgeable and equally polite while talking to the customers. Heman came out to be one with these rare qualities. I drove about 30 miles from my home in Diamond Bar to Cerritos dealership because I trust Heman. I wish Hyundai has people with the same skills and quality at the Hyundai dealerships close to my home.

Gary had amazing customer service. Was very pleased with how professional and attentive he was. However, the actual service on my car was not what I expected, I asked for an alignment, and paid and it came out worse then how I brought it in.
Cost for the maintenance of our Kona was much less than I was expecting, it was completed faster than estimated (and I expected) and Paul and the rest of the staff were courteous and efficient.
