The hood latch stuck again, still don’t understand why the problem with the oil light coming on and going off. Never had the problem until oil dip stick broke and fell into the oil pan. Also if it has a 100,000 mile drive train warranty I still don’t understand why isn’t the switch covered?
Friendly and professional service right from the moment I parked my car to the time I drove away. Cheyne clearly explained what will be done, and answered questions I had. The waiting lounge was clean. The restroom was clean (although somewhat dark). The time it took to complete the service was very reasonable. Overall, a great and very pleasant experience!

Enrique was very friendly and professional. He took the time to explain the work being done today and discussed pricing beforehand so there was no surprise at the end. He told me the work would take 3 hours, and that is exactly how long it took. When my car was ready, he came to me in the lounge and went over the results, answering all my questions. I enjoyed having Enrique as my point person today ~ he did a great job!

I was happy they had appts when I needed one. The electrical plugs don’t work in the waiting area so I couldn’t charge my computer. When I got my vehicle back it smelt like in and out burger and my car remote had grease on it from someone touching it after they ate greasy fries from in and out. I know it was in and out because I saw them eating in and out.

Called in to schedule an appointment over a week ago. I was told the car would need to be at the dealership for the whole day. I called out of work to accommodate. When I arrive for my appointment, I get told after 15 mins of waiting that the car only needs to be inspected and then the car part will be ordered. This was not what was told to us when booking out appointment. Dealership had over a week to notify us if the parts were unavailable and had to be ordered. Unprofessional and waste of time.
