From service I ask my writer where all my fluids ok ??it’s not apart of service in my dealer I would never let to make customer safe on road funny thing my suv not wash ok vac. I hope I did make a mistake with my suv

I made an appointment originally based on availability of parts. When I brought it in, no one seemed to know about my appointment and they didn’t have the parts. Bringing my car in and coming back to get it later took time out of mine and my wife’s day and it was a pretty major inconvenience which will have to be repeated again for no reason.

I was very happy with everything except the fact that several of your employees were not wearing masks inside. The employee who helped me did, but not several of his colleagues. Even your techs outside had masks on. This made me uncomfortable and was very disappointing in an otherwise good experience.

I hurt myself from bumping my right knee on the counter quartz fountain side. I ask if he can get me some ice pack or anything to lessen the bruise on my right knee cap. He sad he can’t help me coz the dealer doesn’t have ice & not offered any help at all. I came home with a bruise on my knee. A dealership that won’t offer any help when you get hurt inside their office.
