Paul was very helpful. Some members of your staff, felt the need to tell me my car problem might be coincidental and not part of the recall update. They were wrong. I know I would pay a inspection fee if that was so. I wish they gave me the benifit of the doubt first. Maybe some customers don't know this, but I wish they could say in more positive way. I gave the experience a thumbs up to Paul and did not want to bring his rating down.

Cheyne was very pleasant to communicate with. He looks you in the eye when he speaks to you. For me, as woman walking into a male dominant business, I very much appreciated that respect. He also did quite well with sending me updates regarding the status of my vehicle considering that he seems to be very busy these days. I definitely appreciated that. I look forward to hopefully dealing with him again the next time I come in to get service.
