Paul was very helpful. Some members of your staff, felt the need to tell me my car problem might be coincidental and not part of the recall update. They were wrong. I know I would pay a inspection fee if that was so. I wish they gave me the benifit of the doubt first. Maybe some customers don't know this, but I wish they could say in more positive way. I gave the experience a thumbs up to Paul and did not want to bring his rating down.
