Paul and Heman ALWAYS treat me well, are friendly and knowledgeable. I won’t go to anyone but them, but the rest of the steam is always friendly and welcoming as well.
I appreciate the follow up, the time to explain what was done and what is needed and the effort to make sure that I don’t spend ALL of my money at one time :-)
I purposely travel from Inglewood to Cerritos JUST for the consistency in service. I’ve been to other closer dealers and I don’t get the same service or coverage with car care
My service advisor Mariella was very professional and very thorough she didn’t pressure me into services that I wasn’t ready for and that’s something that I really appreciated. My car was done in a timely manner and brought back to me clean. Overall I was very satisfied with the service I received today, would definitely rate 10 out of 10!

When we first got there I was greeted right away by a very pleasant young lady and then a young gentleman asked if I was being help. I only had to wait a few minutes considering I was there an hour BEFORE my appointment ! The service writer was awesome too. Gary had Apologetically explained that they were only able to do two of the recalls because you guys were out of stock the other one. He also informed me that you will call me as soon as you guys get the parts in.What I was MOST SHOCKED BY was I was embarrassed about bringing the car in because it was SO DIRTY ON THE OUTSIDE! But when the car was returned you guys washed or rinsed it off for me!!!! You have no idea what that meant for me!!!! THANK YOU!
