Service took too long and was expensive. No service loan vehicles ever available. Parts for recall not on hand, expect me to return again to collect. Will not return in future.

I drop my car off to fix a defective door latch. Because I have been rushed to the hospital, my wife arranges for the to be towed home. Upon arrival, both the driver and my wife discover the window on the door that was fixed was down and wouldn’t go up. When my wife called, she was told the car was washed therefore, the the window must have broke during the tow. Really, after you have, - serviced my transmission 3-4 times before replacing it with 42K miles - two weeks after picking the car up, all of the antifreeze drains out and the car overheats. - after replacing the antifreeze, it happens one week later. - I bring the car in and you charge me $425 to replace two hoses. That was when the latch was suppose to be finished. Even after buying two vehicles, and considering the purchase of a third, my wife and I have been treated in both an unprofessional / fraudulent manner .
