I was completely satisfied with the service I received at Hyundai Norm Reeves. Paul was so polite and helpful and helping me do the right thing with the service on my car. It was fixed in a reasonable time and I was back in my car and back home and a reason amount of time.

I would’ve been completely satisfied had I been informed the update to the car’s OS wasn’t available and I’d be notified when I could come in to get the necessary update. The service was good and Paul was very helpful.
