Mariela is a great asset to your company. She’s handled two of my service appointments- she goes above and beyond. She’s very personable and empathetic. Mariela is very hospitable and made sure my baby was comfortable while we waited. I will look for her when I have to take my SUV in for service.
Only one issue…I’d been told there would be no labor charges since the hoses I was authorizing and paying for were going to be reinstalled wether I bought new ones or not and the engine replacement was under warranty I was very unhappy to find out on pickup that I was charged $159 for labor. It was supposed to be NO LABOR. I was specifically told NO LABOR FEES. That in itself makes we question whether or not I’ll return to Cerritos Hyundai for future needs.
The gal that helped me was great…aside from the misleading information I’d been given.

Gary continued to keep me updated throughout the entire process as well as assured I had a rental vehicle during my troubled times. Enrique Almacen was the bright spot of the service call. The customer care team was non-responaive to my follow-up call or text when the service was not completed in the time promised. No phone call from Norm Reeves customer care team in response. Then having to rearrange transportation plan to accommodate Norm Reeves not meeting the original date service was to be completed. Not to.mention no consideration for when the vehicle was purchaaed & not back the certified pre-owned vehicle you sold. Disappointment is strong enough to convey the experience with Norm Reeves superstore customer care.
