Do not tell customer car is ready when is at another lot. I waited for almost a half hour for my car to be brought back to the service area. It was nice and cool in the waiting area but if I had an appt I would have missed it.
Will be back to get my car serviced, but before I return to pick up my car and pay, I will ask if my car is at the service department and not in the other lot.
Paul was friendly and very communicative about my car through out the process of service. Great customer service and I appreciate all your help.
Why they have me come in to do the recall TODAY! only to tell me I have to come back to do the recall. I didn't come over there just to visit! gas is very expensive right now. they should have had these things a little bit more coordinated, to where the stuff is being ordered BEFORE WE go. I was just there 3 weeks ago for an oil change and for the recall they could HAVE ordered the stuff the last three times I was there!! NOWWW..I have to come back to sit for hours for this recall I was just there for three times already. No I'm not happy with how this is being handled! this doesn't make sense that I have to keep coming back for them to keep telling me "oh you have to come back you have to come back" order what needs to be ordered when I came to do the oil change so when I come in the stuff is there and I'm not wasting my gas. They could have at least washed the car. My car are sitting over there for 3 hours just for them to inspect they knew they had to inspect when they sent me four letters in the mail telling me I had a recall so it's not a surprise that my car needs a recall done not just looked at telling me I got a recall wasting my gas.
My main point is coordinate these things so people don't keep coming back and forth to these dealerships wasting gas I don't have money for all these trips to just to come sit in y'all lounge waiting on something that isn't getting done!!!

Kyle was very professional and a good communicator. High marks for Kyle. Your online booking system was frustrating because I couldn’t schedule this type of service through your website. Also, the battery was incredibly overpriced. Spending over $400 for a starter battery is not acceptable.
Everyone was very nice and service was quick. The main issue is that the tire they said was completely fine but today, it dropped from 35 to 24 psi and they couldn’t figure it out. So not sure what to do in regard to that.
Paul is an excellent customer service rep. He took time to explain everything thoroughly. He was also very professional and friendly.

I was so amazed the great service that they provided friendly atmosphere coffee I have chosen Cerritos other Square Hyundai Genesis my home and with highly recommend friends and Associates they explain everything to me in detail where I can understand it clearly when I decided to purchase another vehicle you can bet that's why I'm going to be again thank you for such great service
The roof of my car that is 1 week old is full of spots. I took it back to you for detail wash and remove plastic and now it's full of spots.
