It was my first time taking my car to the dealership for an oil change and Enrique made it so easy. He made me feel comfortable leaving my car and ensured me it was in good hands. Not to mention my car was done in less than 2 hours, which was nice because I was expecting to leave it there all day. Overall, Enrique did a great job!

Sunroof was replaced, but now have loud noise as if a window ws open... mome are open, and the sound is coming from the sunroof area. I'm afraid to drive the freeway, it's so loud.

Your technician left grease marks from his or her hands on the horn button which is the center of the steering wheel and the inside door panel also has some smears of grease. I spent time cleaning it off.
