Cheyne was great and deserves a 10. What made this a bad experience was we had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring our car up after we paid. So we paid and we’re told we’ll bring car right up. 15 minutes later we find out our car is on another lot, then waited 15 more minutes Unacceptable

I felt very comfortable waiting in the waiting room for my car estimated time was exactly what they had told me it was clean 6 ft apart I enjoyed the coffee bar the TV was very comfortable it was really a good experience.

Mariela was absolutely the reason I would return to Norm Reeves. Wonderful human being. Patient, kind, understanding, and helpful. Way better than dealing with Hyundai corporate. Thank God for Mary. This was a very scary thing to happen to my car. My car / my mobility is tied directly to my livelihood.
