Gary, the service tech is always on point,his availability, he returns my calls, provides clear & transparent communication, explanations and honest advise. Two items: I would have been completely satisfied if the car wash was not down on the day of my service. Also I am interested in purchasing an extended warranty however, the Finance managers nor the direct of Finance were available during my two hour wait.

Gary is always helpful and very honest. I feel like he listens to what I'm saying and explains things in a comprehensible way. I never feel like I'm being "spoken down too." He's the reason I keep coming back to Hyundai. It might be a little pricier than other locations but you get what your pay for. Worth it for the stellar service not to mention that their technicians specialize in Hyundai so that gives me peace of mind.

I purchased a brand new Sonata from your dealership. I have taken it in twice to your service center. Oil change and 25K service. Both times I got my car back from service it’s been returned with more problems than it had before. I wish I would have never chosen to take it in the first place. Very dissatisfied !
