She knows how to get the parts I needed for my car and get it back up and fixed.
I have had terrible service every time I’ve been to any of the dealerships, even this one. However, my service advisor Gary was a completely different experience. He kept in touch with me and understood my situation. He took good care of me and gave me great service. He’s a good guy.
We wished we could of left our car there but unfortunately our insurance was making it difficult. Gary was great took care of the recall for us and waived the estimate. We definitely will come back for our Hyundai needs thanks again!

My vehicle was returned with the same issues it was brought to address. I am still in a loaner vehicle. I have a 2023 vehicle and it was delivered with defects that took far to long to get resolved. I contacted Norm Reeves immediately after purchase and it took a month before I was contacted. Paul Pham has been helpful in trying to have my issues resolved.
